Risk 2 Solution (R2S) is growing — and due to internal promotions, we're looking for an experienced casual Trainer to join our team delivering accredited and non-accredited training across Melbourne, with occasional travel to regional Victoria (including the odd overnight stay, travel expenses covered).

- Occupational violence and prevention training
- Evacuation exercises
- Chief warden and warden training
- Critical incident management training
- Security awareness and personal safety training
- Defensive tactics
- Emergency response
- Crisis management
- Risk management

Your role

- On-site and virtual training delivery
- Preparing and tailoring training materials and lesson plans to suit different client needs and audiences
- Assessing participant competency and providing constructive feedback
- Report drafting, including findings and recommendations
- Conducting pre-training site or risk assessments where required
- Maintaining accurate training records and compliance documentation
- Liaising with clients to understand training objectives and any site-specific requirements
- Project oversight
- Keeping up to date with relevant WHS legislation, industry standards, and best practice




- Contributing to the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods

What you'll need

- Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience delivering training
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or higher
- Current Victorian security licence (highly desirable)
- Working with Children Check and/or National Police Check (highly desirable)
- Current First Aid/CPR certificate
- Robust facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Sound working knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles
- Adaptability and confidence delivering training both on-site and virtually
- Reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
- Own laptop
