Westfield Doncaster is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for our Car Park operation. This hands-on leadership role will oversee a high-volume, on-site team to deliver a safe, effective and customer-focused parking experience.
You will monitor performance, analyse car park data, coordinate maintenance and system performance, and partner with centre teams to drive improvements. The role is permanent, full-time, on-site with a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
