You will be a detail oriented and organized individual to join the client team as Service Desk Technicians in a supervisory and technical role. In this role you will assess, supervise, coordinate and perform servicedesk operations with technicians on behalf of existing clients within the Dental Industry Australiawide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage service requests
- Guaranteeing the smooth deliveryof IT solutions and services
- Managing schedules ×heets for a team of techniciansand handling escalations from customers
- Supporting the continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies
- Handling the reception, triage, and assignment of all onsite requests, tickets and tasks
- Overseeing service operations and delivery and coordinating with account managers
- Developing and maintaining trainingimprovement plans, schedulesand status reports
- Resolving remote tickets
Requirements
To be successful inyour application, you will need:
- Outstanding stakeholder management skillswith the capability to garner support for service managementinitiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce scheduling and planning and are beneficial
- Experience workingfor a Managed Service Provideror Consultancy.
- Access to a car and a valid driver'slicense
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoftand ITIL certifications and ConnectWise experience beneficial
