The Role

Right now, we’re looking for a hands on, switched on Site Leader to join our full time crew.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out on site, leading a team to build custom temporary structures and set up premium event spaces. You're the person who makes sure the job gets done right, safely, and on time, whether it's a high end corporate function or a massive music festival.

As Site Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our onsite crew — creating impressive event spaces for some of the region's most well-respected clients. This is a hands-on role that demands attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading a crew on site to build and dismantle marquees, structures, and event setups.
- Reading site plans and making sure the build matches the vision.
- Keeping the crew motivated, safe, and moving efficiently.
- Liaising with clients, event planners, and venue managers on the ground.
- Problem-solving on the fly (because in events, things change fast).
- Managing equipment,



loading/unloading, and site logistics.

What We’re Looking For

- Leadership chops: You know how to run a crew, keep morale up, and get the best out of people.
- Hands-on experience: Background in events, construction, rigging, or a similar physical industry.
- A problem solver: You don't stress when things go sideways; you just figure it out.
- Great communication: You can talk to a festival promoter just as easily as you talk to your team.
- Physical fitness: This is a physical role involving heavy lifting and working outdoors in all weather.
- Previous experience in large event marquee assembly or a similar role is preferred
- Versatile availability is a must (weekend work is required)
- Ability to stay away onsite for multiple nights
- Valid driver's licence is required
- White card is required
- Forklift and Heavy Rigid licences required
- Pre-employment medical assessment may be required
