The Reject Shop in Craigieburn Central is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead from the floor with a hands-on, execution-focused style. You will be accountable for store performance, presentation, stock flow and team standards, delivering practical retail excellence each day.

You will manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness, build and coach a capable team, and drive the continuous improvement of operational change as our network grows.
