Thornton Engineering is seeking a Robotic Operator for the afternoon shift to join our Heavy Plate Work Division. You will train on day shift under experienced robotic programmers and then operate a large dual-robot gantry system to produce heavy structural steel components for major infrastructure projects.

No robotics experience is required as training is provided. This role offers ongoing training, competitive pay with shift loading after training, and a supportive, family‑oriented culture
