The Role

As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and interview IT professionals for a variety of roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in recruitment (IT sector preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
