Woods & Co are partnering with an established high end residential builder with an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke luxury homes across Melbourne. With a strong pipeline of architecturally designed projects, they're looking to add an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple builds.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment construction environment and wants to be apart of a collaborative team delivering some of Melbourne's most impressive residential projects. Candidates from a luxury residential background are encouraged to apply, however those with experience coordinating commercial construction projects would align well!

The Role

Working closely with the Construction Manager and wider site team, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are well managed from pre-construction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the CM with day to day coordination of projects
- Managing project documentation, RFI's, variations, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules
- Coordinating supplier and subcontractor communications to ensure materials and trades are delivered on time
- Monitoring project programs and assisting with construction scheduling
- Preparing reports, tracking project costs and maintaining accurate project records
- Liaising with clients, engineers, architects, and internal stakeholders throughout the process
- Supporting contract administration and ensuring project documentation is maintained

About You





To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, or Site Manager across high end residential or commercial construction
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- A sounds understanding of construction methodologies, project delivery and contract administration processes
- Strong technological proficiency
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
