What you'll do

- Ensure the accuracy and quality of data collection processes.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate insightful reports that inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive improvements in services.

Requirements

- A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics,



or Mathematics.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to convey data insights effectively.

Nice to have

- Experience in the non-profit sector or working with social services.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
