What's the role?

We are looking for a Vehicle Sales Team Leader.This role is to lead and ensure the efficient, customer and delivery-focused operation of the Vehicle Sales team.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Leading a motivated, customer focused and efficient sales team of Vehicle Consultants
- Contributing to the development of sales strategy, new business and delivery of growthtargets
- Promoting customer excellence and engagement in all interactions to ensure industryleading levels of satisfaction
- Contributing to development and delivery of multi-channel customer engagement strategy
- Developing the capability of Vehicle Consultants to deliver key metrics and targets
- Contributing to the development and delivery of sales frameworks with related KPIsand incentive programs
- Providing leadership, support and mentoring to team members and undertaking regularone-to-one meetings, team meetings, training and coaching sessions




- Contributing to the development of new initiatives, including the identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of work processes and the implementation of changes in the workplace
- Recruiting and inducting operations team members
- Supporting client retention by achieving consistently high Net Promotor Scores
- Analysing performance, highlighting problem areas and identifying improvement actions
- Managing and resolving escalations and complex business issues

Who you are

- At least 24 months experience in a Sales Leadership role (within a Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services environment)
- Proven ability to comprehend legislation and compliance around Financial products and related Leasing products
