Join a team dedicated to maintaining the world's largest data centers, focusing on server and networking technologies. As part of AWS Infrastructure Services, you will contribute to the design, planning, delivery, and operational support of AWS's global infrastructure. Your efforts will ensure that our customers have uninterrupted access to the cloud services they depend on.
- Provide technical support for AWS data center operations, ensuring optimal performance of servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner to maintain service reliability.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficient in server and networking technologies,
including but not limited to Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS services.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Skills & tools
- Knowledge of server hardware and networking protocols.
- Experience with monitoring and management tools for data center operations.
