The Opportunity

Join our dynamic national service team as a Field Service Technician ! We’re looking for an energetic individual who thrives in a diverse work environment, enjoys engaging with clients, and is eager to install, repair, and maintain our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective, timely, and high-quality preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment.

Provide technical support to customers, ensuring explicit communication regarding service requests.

Collaborate with management, sales, and technical teams to enhance service delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.

Continuously develop and refine your skills through ongoing training on all equipment.

Maintain accurate records of service activities and comply with all service procedures and processes.

Meet designated goals and response times.

Keep an accurate inventory of Aldus equipment, service parts, and tools.

Skills and Experience:





We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in the following areas:

For a Technician, demonstrated 5 years in a service/maintenance role is preferred, but we welcome applicants with relevant experience.

For a Technician, Qualifications in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Electrical fields is advantageous.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical and mechanical aptitude.

Familiarity with packaging or automated machinery is a plus, but not essential.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Willingness to travel to clients in Metro, non-Metro, rural areas and some interstate travel.

An Electrical License is preferred but not mandatory.

Driver’s License: A current driver’s license is required.
