Group Colleges Australia (GCA), trading as UBSS, is a leading independent higher education provider and offers MBA and Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Accounting programs to a diverse, global student community.

As we prepare for our Trimester 3 intake, we are seeking agile and engaging Lecturers and Tutors with academic and/or industry experience to teach 1-2 units in the following disciplines:

- Accounting (e.g. Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Auditing, Taxation)
- Business Studies (e.g. Marketing, Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship)
- Information Technology (e.g. Digital Business, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity in Business)
- Law (e.g. Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law)

What We’re Looking For
We seek tertiary educators with a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Ideal candidates will:

- Hold doctorate qualifications in one of the above disciplines
- Have prior experience teaching in higher education, particularly in multicultural and diverse settings, including international students
- Demonstrate a proven track record in using innovative teaching methodologies tailored to adult learners




- Exhibit exceptional communication and engagement skills to foster high student interaction and participation
- Be highly literate and self-sufficient with technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMSs), preferably Moodle, online delivery systems and Microsoft 365
- Ability to start teaching from 7 September 2026

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive and inspiring lectures and tutorials using contemporary teaching methods, both in-person and online synchronous (for lecturing component).
- Provide structured learning experiences and timely student feedback to support academic growth and in the marking of assessments.
- Contribute to curriculum development and assessment.
- Efficiently utilise the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technologies for content management, program delivery and to enhance flexible learning.
- Maintain compliance with TEQSA and organisational academic standards and policies.
