To continue our success, we’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will manage the Doritos portfolio. As the assistant Brand Manager - Doritos, you will support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies across innovation, activation, and communications to achieve business objectives.

You will also get to assist the Senior Brand Manager with day‑to‑day brand operations, budget management, performance tracking, and annual brand planning.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive product and packaging innovation aligned to consumer needs and brand growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovation, activation, and launch plans.
- Monitor brand performance, generate insights,



and manage innovation projects from concept to launch.
- Oversee budget processes, digital channels, and internal brand engagement activities.
- Support marketing campaigns and manage agency partnerships to ensure effective brand execution.

Qualifications

About you:

- Degree qualified, preferably in Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 18+ months of experience in FMCG marketing, sales, or category management.
- Solid project management, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Commercially minded, adaptable self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
