The University of Melbourne invites applications for a Research Assistant in the Metabolic Neuroscience Laboratory. This full time, 12-month fixed-term position is based in Parkville and supports multidisciplinary projects exploring brain control of metabolism, with hands-on in vivo and molecular techniques.

You will conduct in vivo rodent experiments, perform molecular analyses (PCR, qPCR, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence), assist with data collection and publications, and help maintain
