As a Payments and Verification Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and secure flow of customer transactions within a fast-paced and highly regulated wagering environment. You’ll be responsible for processing payments, conducting customer identity verifications, and monitoring for suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Key Responsibilities

Payments Processing & Reconciliation

Accurately process customer deposits, withdrawals, and refunds across multiple payment methods (e.g., cards, e-wallets, bank transfers).

Monitor and reconcile payment transactions to ensure timely and error-free settlements.

Liaise with third-party payment providers to resolve transaction disputes or technical issues.

Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Review and verify customer documentation (ID, proof of address, source of funds).

Escalate potential suspicious activities or document inconsistencies to Compliance Teams or relevant stakeholders.

Analyse transaction patterns to detect signs of fraud, identity theft, or bonus abuse.

Flag and investigate anomalies in customer behaviour or payment activity.

Work with internal compliance & operations teams to enhance detection and prevention protocols.





Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and verification cases for audit and compliance purposes.

Contribute to ongoing improvements in payment and verification processes, tools, and policies.
