EXPERIENCED CARPENTERS REQUIRED - IMMEDIATE STARTS!

Fast labour Hire have multiple roles available for experienced and reliable Carpenters across Melbourne. These are immediate start positions if you meet our criteria. You could be working on-site tomorrow!

Minimum 5-10 years of carpentry experience is required for this position.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL NEED

A proven background in construction projects

The ability to work independently and respond promptly

Abilty to read plans.

Extensive experience in Door install/First & Second Fix

The ability to maintain a high standard of workmanship without supervision

Perform all duties to a high standard

Be able to work quickly and efficiently to complete tasks and manage a high volume workload

The ability to prioritise and organise work load

The ability to follow systems, processes and guidelines

Excellent time management and problem solving skills

Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service





A strong technical understanding and strong understanding of OHS responsibilities and practices

White card

Must have own tools must include Dropsaw/Fixing Guns and own transport

Australian work rights will be assessed on a case by case basis

These opportunities are a mix of Residential and Commercial projects. Locations include Melbourne CBD, eastern and western suburbs and most places in between!
The construction companies we work with have multiple projects on the go. We can keep experienced and reliable Carpenters busy 5-6 days a week with on-going work.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Cert 3 in Carpentry

CIC induction card (White card)

Experience in all aspects of carpentry

Specific experience in finishing carpentry work is essential

Experience in Door Install

Extensive experience in First and Second Fix

Be available to start immediately

Own tools (including framing gun and drop saw)

Must have a current driver's license and reliable transport.
