About the Role

You’ll become the operational hub of the business, supporting customers, coordinating workflow and working closely with the team to ensure the business runs smoothly every day.

You’ll be the person customers trust, technicians rely on and the wider team depends on to help keep everything moving.

Your day may include:

- Coordinating incoming customer enquiries and service requests
- Scheduling work and supporting the mobile service team
- Assisting customers at the service counter and over the phone
- Sourcing parts and managing supplier relationships
- Preparing hydraulic hose assemblies (training provided where required)
- Managing inventory and workshop stock




- Helping improve systems, workflow and customer experience
- Building long-term customer relationships through practical advice and outstanding service

About You

We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer skills and a genuine desire to solve problems.

Hydraulic experience is certainly valuable, but it isn’t essential.

What matters most is your ability to think commercially, communicate confidently and help customers get back up and running.
