Positive People HR is seeking a Safety, People & Site Coordinator for our Melbourne manufacturing site. The role blends WHS, people & culture support, facilities management, and operational administration to maintain a safe, organized, and employee-focused workplace.

You will work with site leadership and the Head of People & Culture, contributing to a positive employee experience and site culture while coordinating across safety, HR, and facilities functions.
