Salary: $96,752.24 + Super

Operational staff work a 4-day work week, with rosters scheduled based on operational requirements. Employees will typically work either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.

WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Supervisor – Natural Environment Maintenance for our client based in Drouin. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader with a background in parks, gardens, open space or natural reserve maintenance to supervise field crews and ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance across public open spaces and natural environments.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead and supervise crews undertaking parks, gardens, open space and natural reserve maintenance
- Coordinate daily work schedules, allocate resources and monitor productivity
- Ensure maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and within required timeframes
- Oversee mowing, vegetation management, pruning, weed control and general grounds maintenance
- Conduct site inspections and identify maintenance priorities




- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with OH&S; policies and environmental standards
- Mentor, support and develop team members
- Complete daily reporting, documentation and administrative tasks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors and members of the public where required

What Will You Need?

- Previous supervisory or team leader experience within parks and gardens, landscaping, horticulture, civil maintenance or natural environment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of grounds maintenance practices and vegetation management
- Experience coordinating teams and managing daily work programs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Current driver's licence
- White Card
- Certificate III in Horticulture (highly desirable)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
