Holloway Air & Electrical is Bendigo's award winning heating, cooling, hot water and electrical specialist - and we're growing. We're looking for a driven, personable Sales Estimator to assist our new and returning customers across the region.

This isn't a cold, corner office sales job. You'll be out meeting customers in their homes and businesses, designing solutions that genuinely improve their comfort and will be backed by a team that takes as much pride in the follow through as the sale itself. As Sales Estimator, you'll be the person customers trust to get it right. Your role includes:

- Attending customer sites to measure, assess, and discuss the work required
- Designing heating, cooling and hot water solutions tailored to each customer
- Estimating labour and materials, and preparing clear, professional written quotes
- Answering enquiries and booking client appointments
- Building genuine relationships that turn enquiries into loyal, repeat customers
- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of our full product range
- Keeping accurate records of client and job data

What we're looking for:

- A natural communicator who builds trust quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for getting the job right
- Excellent computer skills, with confidence using digital systems for quoting, scheduling and client records
- Sales or trade/technical experience (HVAC or electrical experience is a bonus but not essential. We'll train the technical side)
- A valid driver's licence
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a business that's going places
