We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Toddler Room Leader to lead our 2-3-year-old learning environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who is passionate about childrens learning and values a Montessori approach alongside the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

About the Role
- Lead and inspire a team of educators in delivering high-quality educational programs.
- Create a calm, engaging and thoughtfully prepared learning environment.
- Plan and implement meaningful experiences based on the EYLF and Montessori approach.
- Foster children's independence, confidence and love of learning.
- Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
- Mentor and support educators through coaching and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard.
- Work closely with the Educational Leader and Campus Manager to drive continuous improvement.
About You
- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Has previous experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
- Is confident mentoring and supporting educators
- Has excellent knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards
- Holds a current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
