Jewell Hancock Employment Lawyers is a Melbourne-based employment law firm acting exclusively for employees. We provide independent, affordable, and expert advice to workers across a wide range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, general protections, redundancy, breach of contract, sexual harassment, sham contracting, underpayments, workplace bullying and discrimination.

The Role
We are seeking a permanent full time employment lawyer to assist with increased demand. The role is based at our East Melbourne office, with flexible and remote working arrangements available.
The role will involve working with more senior lawyers of the firm in providing legal advice and representation to employees in a range of employment law matters. The lawyer will be responsible for providing advice to clients, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research,
managing files under supervision, and associated administrative work.
The firm is seeking a lawyer with 1 – 3 years post-qualification experience. Both the role and salary are flexible depending on the experience of the candidate, with an approximate salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per annum.
