About the Opportunity

We are currently welcoming expressions of interest for future Site Supervisor opportunities within our Roofing Division, based in South Brisbane.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee on-site installation activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supervising and supporting builders and subcontractors in office
- Conducting pre- and post-installation inspections
- Completing site measures and coordinating work schedules
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards




- Troubleshooting and resolving site issues as they arise
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to teams
- Managing job documentation and reporting via system apps

What You’ll Bring

- Strong background in roofing (metal, fascia, guttering)
- Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into supervision
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
