Sidelink Transport is one of Victoria`s fastest growing Wharf Transport companies. Located in Truganina in Melbourne's West, Sidelink Transport is proudly a family owned and operated business.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual with strong container cartage experience to join our expanding Operations Team.

Reporting directly to the Dayshift Transport Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective control and optimisation of our Sideloader fleet.

Responsibilities include:

Control fleet of 30 sideloader drivers daily

Coordinate daily fleet allocation, driver runs, and transport movements.

Drive efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Optimize driver runs throughout the shift

Ensure compliance with CoR, Fatigue Management & NHVR regulations





Reduce driver down time and container demurrage

Communicate all delays to our Customer Service team

About you:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in container transport and fleet control

Experience with Freight tracker preferred

Strong planning and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Good understanding of transport operations, delivery windows, and route planning, etc.

Valuable understanding of Melbourne metro suburbs & toll points.

Hours

5.30am - 3.30pm Monday-Friday (Weekends on monthly rotation)
