Black top Consulting Pty Ltd is a growing Australian company operating two successful ecommerce businesses: Troya Living and Tool Market Australia.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated are looking for customer-focused sales consultant with 5+years of sales experience to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position offering a competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.

The company is well-established and rapidly growing. We are looking for someone who can provide support to our growing team working in Williamstown North VIC.

Troya Living

Troya Living specialises in premium smart furniture and innovative space saving solutions, including wall beds (murphy beds), multifunctional furniture and modern home living products.

Tool Market Australia

Tool Market Australia supplies quality home, garden and landscaping products including Corten steel garden fountains and planters, artificial grass, hand tools, outdoor products and a whole range of DIY and trade essentials.

About the Role

This is a diverse sales position where you’ll work across both businesses, assisting customers through our ecommerce platforms as well as in our showroom, while actively identifying new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

- Respond to phone, email and online sales enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into sales through outstanding customer service.




- Assist customers in our showroom with product demonstrations and advice.
- Follow up quotes and leads
- Developing and growing business to business (B2B) relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand sales across both brands.
- Maintaining long term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets

About You

- At least 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- A passion for customer service and achieving results.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using online systems.
- Excellent organisational and time management.
- The ability to work flexible hours when required.
- A positive attitude and professional presentation.
