What you'll actually do

- Own TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn end to end. Strategy, filming, editing, posting, replying

- Get on camera. A lot. You're a face of the brand

- Walk into cafes, bars and restaurants and get owners, baristas and chefs on camera.



If approaching strangers makes you sweat, this isn't your role

- Edit fast in CapCut or Premiere. Trends move in days, not weeks

- Run our freelance creator and ambassador program. Brief them, review their content, keep the pipeline full

- Manage the content calendar and community. Comments and DMs are yours

- Track what's working and make more of it. You don't need to be a data person, you need to care about the numbers

- Handle filming permissions and release forms properly

Who you are

- Genuinely obsessed with social. You know what was trending yesterday, not last month

- Quick over perfect. We'd rather post three good videos than one perfect one

- Confident on camera and great with people

- Excited by startups. Small team, big swings, your work goes live the same day

- Bonus points if you've worked in hospitality. You'll get our audience instantly

Why this role is different

Most social media jobs are scheduling posts for a brand nobody cares about. This one is building a brand from close to zero, in an industry full of characters, with total creative ownership. Whatever you make, you'll see the results the same week. And you'll have a founder who wants you to move fast and take swings, not run everything through three approval rounds.
