Country Fire Authority (CFA) – Burwood East VIC is seeking a highly organised Peer Support Coordinator to lead CFA's Peer Support Program, recruiting, training, deploying and developing the peer team to deliver evidence-informed wellbeing initiatives.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, develop resources and reporting, and contribute to psychoeducation and peer support activities that make a real difference to CFA members. A 24-hour on-call roster is required.
