Discovery Bay Golden Square – Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

Experience / Education required:

- Bachelor Degree in ECEC
- VIT registration
- Mandatory child protection training
- Child Safety Training
- F/A & CPR (HLTAID012 & HLTAID009)
- 2 years + experience working as an ECT
- Solid knowledge of
- 7 x NQS
- 11 x Child secure standards
- EYLF

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement an age-appropriate school readiness and preparation program that suits the needs of individual children and groups, considering the philosophies and values of the centre and individual needs and abilities of all children. You will work collaboratively with Room Leaders, the educational leader and other kindergarten teachers to ensure consistency of the implementation of the program.
