About the Opportunity

Mountleap & Company is partnering with a leading national business in the Caravan & RV industry to appoint an Assistant Branch Manager for its Adelaide Branch.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail, automotive or customer service leader who is ready to take on broader operational responsibilities while developing towards a Branch Manager position.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in branch operations, team leadership, customer experience, showroom presentation and sales support, ensuring the branch consistently delivers outstanding business results.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

- Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of branch operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Customer Service, Delivery and Head Office teams.
- Monitor branch performance and assist in achieving sales, operational and customer satisfaction targets.
- Help maintain a safe, organised and professional working environment.

Team Leadership

- Provide daily leadership, coaching and support to the branch team.
- Assist with staff onboarding, training and performance development.
- Foster a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture.
- Act as the Branch Manager when required.

Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Assist in resolving customer enquiries and escalated issues professionally.
- Ensure every customer receives a premium purchasing experience.

Showroom & Display Management

- Maintain showroom presentation to the highest standard.




- Coordinate caravan display layouts and promotional presentations.
- Prepare the branch for sales campaigns, product launches and special events.

Caravan Shows & Events

- Coordinate branch preparation for caravan shows and promotional events.
- Support transportation, setup and pack-down of display vehicles.
- Participate in exhibitions to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Paint Protection Sales

- Promote and sell Paint Protection products to customers purchasing new caravans.
- Explain product benefits confidently and professionally.
- Achieve branch attachment targets for Paint Protection sales.

Sales Administration

- Support the completion of sales documentation.
- Ensure finance, compliance and delivery paperwork is completed accurately.
- Coordinate customer delivery schedules with internal departments.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous leadership experience in retail, automotive, caravan, hospitality or other customer-facing industries.
- Strong operational and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and people leadership abilities.
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to lead by example.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.




- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Good computer literacy and experience using CRM or business systems.
- Availability to work weekends as part of a retail leadership roster.

Experience within the Caravan or RV industry is highly regarded but not essential. Candidates from automotive dealerships, retail management, lifestyle products or other multi-functional customer service environments are encouraged to apply.
