A Waiter is responsible for:

- Adhering to the business’s presentation standards, service procedures and service times.
- Ensuring guests are met and greeted to a standard that will deliver a positive first impression.




- Ensuring guests needs and expectations are met.
- Delivering superior levels of service to ensure repeat business.
- Ensuring the dedication to the delivery of friendly, skilled service.
- Ensuring all guests’ requests and questions are dealt with promptly and to the guests’ satisfaction
- Ensuring that all guests are served in a timely fashion.
- Building ongoing rapport with regular guests to ensure repeat business.
- Monitoring the quality of food and beverages being delivered.
- Ensuring that an appropriate level of technical skills are demonstrated to guest.
- Ensuring the responsible service of alcohol policies are adhered to.
- Ensuring that any customer complaints are handled professionally or referred to the supervisor or manager on duty.

Position Requirements

- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Salary $75,000 to $85,000 annual base salary
