Monash Health is seeking an Indigenous Community Development Worker to support Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children, young people and families engaged with FASD services. The role offers culturally protected, relationship-based support to navigate the FASD assessment process and access appropriate services.
Working with the MDT, you will help ensure Aboriginal self-determination is respected, connect families with ACCHOs and community supports, and contribute to trauma-informed pathways
