The therapist joining this multidisciplinary team will be responsible for delivering evidence-based services to clients using multiple service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals may originate from the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role that offers the flexibility to work from home or the organization's hubs when not seeing clients.





- Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.
- Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
- Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
- Ensuring timely documentation and report writing.
- Managing a varied caseload.
- Meeting professional expectations (e.g., meeting billable targets and effective client management).
- Attending meetings, supervision, and engaging in personal development (as required).
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including fellow therapists, clients, and referral sources.

Working across leading software platforms and online tools.
