You willbe ahands-onleader and responsible for:

- Supportingthe Branch Manager in driving overall performance and strategic development of the branch
- Supporting the Branch Managerto coach and mentor the team to deliverexceptional customer service and drive profitability
- Work quickly with purpose for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything you do
- Champion strong compliance and operational controls while coaching the team to uphold the same standards.
- Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging experience to our customers, putting them at thecentreof everything you do and inspiring your team to follow





We’relooking forpassionate leaders to deliver the best for our customersand are looking for:

- Proven experienceleading a teamof 3 or moreinaretailor customer serviceenvironment
- Exceptionalpeople leadershipskillstoinfluence, coach, and work collaborativelywith theteam
- A strong communicator with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences and an unwavering commitment to quality, with the will to go the extra mile
- Highly organised leader who values compliance and risk protection to safeguard the business
- Experience in banking/financial servicesis not essential but highly regarded

Your expertise will be required to cover various branches across the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

Ranging from Melton, Werribee, Tarneit, Watergardens & Ballarat.
