Kensington Community Aquatic and Recreation Centre (KCARC), part of YMCA Victoria, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and support training and development.

You will manage rostering, time-sheets, health and safety, risk and environment, and asset maintenance in line with contractual requirements and industry guidelines. This is a full-time position with a salary of $73,668 + Super & YMCA advantages.
