Country Road is seeking a VM Creative Specialist (Fixed Term) to support the Head of VM in developing monthly visual merchandising guidelines and to design creative elements for windows, in-store activations and key retail moments, including props, installations and fixtures.

You will define technical specifications (materials, dimensions, colours), create floor layouts and styling guides for recent collections, provide fixture feedback, and produce comprehensive guidebooks to ensure seamless store
