Alaya Care is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to help disability care clients leverage our SaaS platform. This hybrid role supports the East Coast of Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne, with two days in the office and three days WFH.
You will troubleshoot complex issues, guide best-practice use, and collaborate with Product, QA and Engineering to improve service. Familiarity with Zendesk, JIRA, Slack, and Zoom is beneficial, and experience with Alaya Care/Nightingale
