Business Development Manager | MANNINGHAM | $90K + On Target Earnings of $120,000

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing Property Management team in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and being rewarded for their results. Working closely with both the Sales and Property Management teams, you'll have access to strong referral opportunities while also generating new business through networking, prospecting, and relationship building.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Generating new Property Management business
- Conducting rental appraisals and converting current managements
- Building relationships with investors, developers, mortgage brokers and referral partners




- Working closely with the Sales team to maximise referral opportunities
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the onboarding process
- Growing and maintaining a strong network of referral sources
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Property Management department

What We're Looking For:

- Previous Business Development or Property Management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business
- Professional, organised and customer-focused
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
