We're seeking a passionate and experienced Venue Manager with both wine and cocktail experience with a proven track record of bar management.

About the Role

As our Venue & Bar Manager, you will handle;

- Curating and managing the wine program as will as the entire bar format (cocktails, beers, spirits etc.) so as to best compliment the food and overall customer experience
- Oversee daily bar operations, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Lead and train a small FOH team with a focus on warm, professional service
- Drive Cocktail and wine education across the team and with guests
- Be part of the leadership team shaping the bar's culture and reputation
- Manage FOH rosters,



staff budgeting and overall bar P&L;

What we are Looking For:

- Previous experience as a venue manager and or Bar Management
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktail and Beverage program development, WSET qualifications a bonus
- Confident, calm leadership with a guest-first mindset
- Great organisational skills and a hands-on approach
- A love for food, wine, and creating memorable experiences
