As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Desktop Support Engineer to join our professional, close-knit team.

About the Role
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud technologies. You'll provide both remote and onsite support, deliver exceptional customer service, and work on a diverse range of technologies.
Your strong troubleshooting ability, proactive approach, and passion for continuous learning will help you succeed and grow with us.
What You'll Need (Must-Have Skills & Experience)
Minimum 4 years' IT support experience , with at least 3 years in an MSP environment ********
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server , Active Directory, DNS & Group Policy
Hands-on experience with Desktop Support (Windows 10/11)
Solid understanding of network security (firewalls, switches, routers)
VMware administration experience
Router/Firewall administration across multiple vendors (e.g.
SonicWall, Fortinet)
Ticketing systems and RMM tools expertise
Valid driver's licence (onsite client work will be required)
About You
Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
Positive, "can-do" attitude with enthusiasm for solving challenges
Passionate about technology, IT security, and continuous learning
Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Thrive under pressure and remain calm in high-stress situations
Formal qualification in IT or a related discipline is desirable
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality support via phone, remote access, and onsite visits
Manage and resolve service desk tickets within SLAs
Provide both proactive and reactive technical support across a wide tech stack
Assist in designing and implementing technical solutions end-to-end
Build strong client relationships through exceptional service
Perform daily system monitoring and administration tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
