We are an established and rapidly growing dental practice with a modern in-house dental laboratory , and we are looking for an experienced Dental Prosthetist to join our team.
As our practice continues to expand, we are investing in the future of our laboratory with a strong focus on implant prosthetics, full-arch rehabilitation, digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and advanced restorative solutions . This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing and growing our in-house laboratory while working alongside an experienced clinical team.

About the Role
Working closely with our dentists, management team, and laboratory staff, you will contribute to the day-to-day laboratory workflow while helping expand our implant and restorative laboratory services.
This role offers the prospect to:
- Fabricate high-quality dental prostheses using traditional and digital techniques
- Develop and expand our in-house implant prosthetic services
- Work with CAD/CAM, digital impressions, and modern dental technologies
- Collaborate closely with dentists during treatment planning and complex restorative cases
- Help improve laboratory systems, workflows, and efficiency
- Train and mentor future laboratory team members as the department grows
- Assist with front reception and basic administrative duties when required
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, repair, and manage dental prostheses to a high clinical standard
- Construct implant-supported restorations and removable prostheses
- Work closely with clinicians to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and quality control standards
- Keep the laboratory organised, clean, and operating efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the growth and development of the in-house laboratory
About You
You are a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Prosthetist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of something bigger.
Essential
- Qualified Dental Prosthetist
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to learn reception and administrative duties when required
Desirable
- Experience with implant prosthetics
- All-on-4® / All-on-6® experience
- Ceramist experience
- Orthodontic appliance experience
- 3D printing or digital workflow experience
- Experience mentoring or training others
