Catalano Interiors Group Pty Ltd Position: Office Manager Salary: AUD $75,000 – $90,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus superannuation Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent About Us Catalano Furnitures is a well-established furniture business committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

We pride ourselves on creating a professional, customer-focused setting and are looking for a proactive and organised Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support the day-to-day running of our business.

What We're Looking

For Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or office/business management (required). Candidates with additional relevant experience will be highly regarded. Experience in the furniture, retail, wholesale, or home furnishings industry is an advantage.

Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.

Knowledge of payroll coordination, recordkeeping, and compliance requirements is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and support business operations.
- Coordinate staff schedules, resources, and administrative requirements.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate business records, including inventory, customer records, HR documentation, and financial files.
