Remuneration: $90-100k + super full time/pro rata

Location: Hybrid — Melbourne (office + on set + WFH)

Hours: 4 days per week (2 days in office) or 5 days per week (3 days in office)

We have a talented team of production professionals and content creators, and this person will be working closely alongside them.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Producer ready to take the reins in a senior position. This is a role for someone who wants to help push a small business forward, not just execute briefs but shape how we work, lift our output, and take genuine ownership.

There is heavy content work here. You'll be producing across our event space, ongoing content, and campaign work, so you need to be comfortable moving between one-off/low-fi shoots, always-on content, and larger campaigns without dropping a beat.

Above all, this person needs to make things happen. From developing and finalising content ideas, to organising the right talent, to locking in the time and place, you are a force in execution. Alongside the production side,



you'll also take on some of the business elements of running the operation, and we want someone who's excited by that.

What you'll be doing

- Client and contact management, quoting and client communications
- Working with photographers, videographers and content creators
- Developing content ideas and strategies across events, content and campaigns
- Producing and organising content shoots
- Casting and call-outs
- Creating call sheets and managing production logistics
- Organising and managing production staff
- Getting client approvals through pre-production
- Applying for location licenses and permits
- Communicating briefs clearly across the team
- Budget management
- Sourcing items for sets and shoots
- Contributing to the wider running of the business as a senior member of the team

What you'll bring

- Genuine production experience and the confidence to lead
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Creativity and up-to-date knowledge of creative and content trends
- Solid understanding of photo and video production
- A positive contact book across photography and video is a big plus
- Appetite to step into a senior role and help drive a small business forward
- A current drivers license and your own car (essential)
