Holmesglen Institute in Victoria is seeking a Pathways Guidance and Placement Officer to support students in identifying education and employment pathways. You will work with teachers, employers and community partners to arrange work placements and school-based apprenticeships, helping students progress to further study or employment.

You will provide tailored career guidance, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate records for governance and reporting.
