Metcash is seeking a Retail Technology Service Delivery Advisor to support independent retailers across multiple sites with in office and remote technology solutions, including POS and loyalty platforms. The role is highly autonomous and field-based, requiring travel and hands-on coaching with retailers.

You will visit retail sites, train end users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to implement technology initiatives.
