About the Role
As a GPM Property Agent, you are responsible for managing a capped portfolio end-to-end. You have full control of your own portfolio and are in charge of all leases, advertising, lease renewals, rent increases, maintenance, routine inspections, open for inspections, we do it all. It’s hard work, but the result is a better experience for everyone - our clients, our renters and our people.

Key Requirements
1. Experience Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience for most standalone Property Manager roles
2. Mandatory Licences and Certifications
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC) or equivalent
- Reliable car
Communication And People Skills
- Managing internal & external client relationships
- Organisation and time management
Attention to Detail
- Lease agreements
- Condition reports
- Compliance requirements
Legal And Industry Knowledge
- Understanding of residential tenancy legislation
- Knowledge of compliance requirements
- Ability to manage leases, bonds, and notices correctly
