genU is seeking a Workforce Coordinator Team Leader to support WA Social Enterprise sites. Reporting to the Social Enterprise Manager, you will lead the Workforce Coordinator team, oversee recruitment, onboarding, development and employment pathways for supported employees, ensuring NDIs standards are met and processes are best practice.

You’ll build partnerships with schools and community organisations, monitor performance with data, and foster an inclusive, disability-friendly culture.
