We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team

- Operate on Lifestyle Roster Day / Night.
- This leadership role focuses on strengthening maintenance execution
- Provide consistent operational support and develop the supervisory team.
- Drive safe, efficient maintenance outcomes across planned and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensuring consistent work management across all crews.
- Work closely with the Superintendent and assist improvement planning, help to standardise processes, and contribute to the ongoing success of the operation.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in a maintenance supervisory or leadership role within mining or heavy industry.
- Solid leadership skills and ability to mentor, coach, and develop supervisors.
- Experience managing both planned and reactive maintenance activities.




- Sound knowledge of maintenance planning and work management systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
- Collaborative approach promoting consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills and ability to improve planning, scheduling, and maintenance execution.
