Epworth HealthCare is seeking a casual Allocations Officer to join the Central Resource Unit (CRU) at Epworth Eastern and Epworth Richmond. You will coordinate casual, permanent pool and agency staff to fill nursing and ward clerk shifts, reporting to the CRU Manager.

You will liaise with clinical staff, maintain staffing systems, and provide admin support while adapting to varying roster requirements across the week. Previous healthcare allocations experience is advantageous.
