BHP's Copper SA Training Development & Delivery team seeks a Specialist to transition competency assessments to the In-Field Assessment (IFA) platform. You will build, configure and govern assessment data, support system implementations and drive stakeholder adoption across Copper SA.
You will work in a rapid-paced project environment based in our Adelaide office with occasional site travel, Monday to Friday roster, focusing on governance and continuous improvement of competency management.
